Many celebrities advertise their own diet and exercise regimes. But are they really healthy? Gluten-free eating has become quite popular in recent years, however for many people it is not medically necessary. Tim Caulfield from the University of Alberta has done extensive research on celebrity diet trends, and joined the Morning News to share his findings.
