How food prices are being hit so hard by El Nino

January 22, 2016
El Nino hasn’t just impacted the winter in Manitoba, it’s also causing problems south of the border too. Flooding has hit fruits and vegetable crops in California and Mexico hard and when you add in the low loonie, importers say prices are the highest they’ve seen in decades.
