Thu, Jan 21: More job cuts are coming down the tracks for Canadian Pacific Rail. Another 1,000 people will lose their jobs this year. That follows 1,200 layoffs last year and as Sarah Offin reports, the union is now blowing the whistle on safety concerns on the rails.
