TTC Chair Josh Cole told reporters on Thursday “transit riders in Toronto have a reason to be optimistic” with not only the new subway and LRT plan in Scarborough, but in the city as well. Cole went on to add that 26 new stops and stations will added in Scarborough once the transit plan is complete.
