Sat, Jan 16: Canada’s federal finance minister was in B.C. this weekend as he seeks regional input on the upcoming budget. It’s the last province he’ll visit before he heads back to Ottawa. This morning, Bill Morneau was in Surrey. As Jennifer Palma reports, at top of mind is a light rail transit system.
