Bar crowdfunds to help it stay open during Nova Centre construction

It’s been a trying situation for business owners in downtown Halifax in recent years. Many feel that the Nova Centre, one of the biggest construction projects in the area’s history, is turning off potential customers. One business owner is now taking an unconventional step to keep his restaurant financially stable; Steve Silva explains.
