Regina Transition House marks 40 years helping women and children flee abuse - A local women's shelter is marking 40 years operating in Regina. It's a milestone staff at Regina Transition House wishes they didn't have to celebrate - because it means, the more than 14-thousand women and children who came through their door were fleeing violence.
