Sat, Jan 2: In a year filled with grim economic news in Alberta, the Calgary Public Library is being called one of the good news stories of 2015. There are now more than a half million calgarians who are card carrying members. As Carolyn Kury de Castillo reports, the decision to make memberships free is just the start of bigger plans.
