After months of uncertainty, there’s new movement in efforts to bring back a historic ferry connection between Wolfe Island and Cape Vincent, New York. Officials on both sides of the border have now stepped in to preserve the docks, while a new survey aims to determine whether restoring the service still makes economic sense.
