The Kremlin has rejected accusations from NATO that a Russian drone hit an apartment building in Romania. The incident happened about 10 km from the Ukrainian border and a woman and a child were injured. As Redmond Shannon reports, it's the first time since Russia's full-scale invasion four years ago that a suspected Russian drone has hit a densely populated area of a NATO country.
