Quebec's English school boards held their second annual job fair Saturday to address staffing needs in English schools across the province. It's part of an effort to attract teachers and other professionals, as administrators face challenges of recruiting and retaining staff. some point out, however, that while events like this help, it will take more than job fairs to solve the shortage.
