Recently introduced Bill 28 seeks to restrict those under 15 from accessing sexually graphic materials at public libraries. The province says the measures will support age-appropriate access to public library materials, but these proposed changes are raising some concerns. Pilar Martinez, CEO of Edmonton Public Libraries, joined us on Global News Morning.
