Looking to give local businesses a boost during the Olympic Games, Toronto City Council has voted in favour of relaxing its liquor laws. Bars and restaurants can start serving at 6 a.m. from Thursday until the end of the Games, but it's unclear how many will take them up on the changes. Matthew Bingley reports.

Looking to give local businesses a boost during the Olympic Games, Toronto City Council has voted in favour of relaxing its liquor laws.
