Elon Musk said on Tesla’s earnings call Wednesday the company will end production of the Model S sedan and Model X SUV as it shifts focus toward developing humanoid robots and artificial intelligence. Tesla plans to more than double capital spending to over $20 billion this year, as investors continue to value the company far beyond traditional automakers despite most sales still coming from human-driven EVs.
