PART 1: Chef Kevin Monych with Hearth Restaurant in Saskatoon will be one of ten chefs across the country competing in the 2026 Canadian Culinary Championship. This follows his regional qualifier win during the Great Kitchen Party in Saskatoon. Chef Monych and his crew will compete in Ottawa January 30–31.
