U.S. President Donald Trump is upping his threat to crack down on protesters in Minneapolis. The Pentagon has now put 1500 U.S. troops on standby in Alaska to go into the city if the president invokes the Insurrection Act. Meanwhile, many local residents continue to push back, accusing federal agents of excessive force, arbitrary arrests and racial profiling.
