A Kelowna man says the Coquihalla Highway is littered with potholes that not only damaged his tires twice, but in one occasion, left him in a dead zone that required a tow and overnight stay in Hope. The City of Kelowna has decided to charge a $5 ticket fee to business owners who want to attend a Community Safety Business Forum on Jan. 27.
