Numbers from Regina’s 2025 point-in-time count show homelessness in the city has declined by nearly five per cent. Meanwhile, Saskatoon recorded an all-time high in its count during the same period. Advocates say the data captures only part of the growing problem and are calling for more action from all levels of government. Manjot Singh has more in the video above.
