An orange weather warning has been issued for what meteorologists are calling a high-impact, freezing rain effect beginning overnight Sunday and into Monday afternoon. Most of South Western Quebec and Eastern Ontario are expected to be impacted. Environment Canada says travel conditions could be hazardous, especially during the Monday morning commute.
