A look at the highways and road conditions around the Okanagan and connecting the Lower Mainland as many areas were hit with a blast of wintry weather this week. Highway 3 remains closed and the Coquihalla Highway was closed for hours on Monday, finally reopening around 1p.m. on Tuesday.
