Nova Scotia unveils five-year plan for future highway upgrades

The province now has a roadmap for future highway upgrades slated for the next five years. The Department of Public Works unveiled their multi-year approach to improving highway infrastructure. As Ella MacDonald reports, some projects will have to take a back seat.
