Police are calling it a terrorist attack targeting Australia’s Jewish community. At least 15 people are confirmed dead, including a child, after two gunmen opened fire at Sydney’s famous Bondi Beach. The attack in Australia is raising fears for the safety of Jewish communities in Canada and around the world as Hanukkah celebrations began Sunday evening. An Ontario family says they have been targeted in two separate shootings at their homes. They believe it is part of an extortion campaign by the Bishnoi Gang. Canada has also accused the Indian government of employing the gang to conduct violent crimes on Canadian soil. Plus, an artist in the U.K. made history. Nnena Kalu is on the autism spectrum and communicates with limited verbal expression.
