Dozens of people dressed in red swimsuits and Santa hats braved freezing temperatures in Budapest on Sunday for the annual Half-Naked Santa Run. Event founder Krisztian Mehes said the run serves a charitable purpose, raising awareness for various foundations throughout the year.
