Drought emergency in Dawson Creek

As the Fraser Valley currently deals with too much water, the situation in Dawson Creek is exactly the opposite. A state of emergency has been declared and the municipality is considering a number of solutions to deal with the impact of prolonged drought. Global’s Jordan Armstrong spoke with Dawson Creek Mayor Darcy Dober.
