Toronto set to open new winter respite centre as cold temperatures hit

As cold temperatures hit Toronto, one place to find shelter and warmth is opening just in time. Set to open on Wednesday, a new respite centre inside the city’s Better Living Centre will be able to support those in need. Lexy Benedict gives us a glimpse inside before opening day.
