Torrential rains swept through the Gaza strip on Thursday, flooding tents and destroying buildings already damaged by two years of war. At least 13 buildings collapsed in the deluge and 27,000 tents were flooded, the media office of the Hamas-run Gaza government said Friday. It said 12 people are either dead or missing as a result of the storm.
