Another medical clinic in Montreal is preparing to close its doors claiming the move is tied to the Quebec government's controversial Bill 2. Tiny Tots pediatric clinic in Decarie Square is officially notifying patients that it will begin phasing out operations as early as January. As Felicia Parrillo explains, the blow to pediatric care comes as the blitz of negotiations continue between doctors and the government.
