Liberal MPs vote down Conservative pipeline motion

Liberal MPs are shutting down a Conservative motion that would support the pipeline to B.C.’s coast. The motion doesn’t necessarily approve the project back by Danielle Smith and the Alberta government but was tabled to force Liberal MPs to show where they stand. Aaron McArthur has more.
