B.C. looks to amend DRIPA following mineral rights court ruling

The B.C. government is looking at amending the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act. The move comes after a landmark court ruling determined that DRIPA was legally enforceable and not just symbolic. We speak with BC Assembly of First Nations Regional Chief Terry Teegee about that ruling and the potential impact it could have on other B.C. laws.
