Questions around shelter spaces in Halifax as a designated tent encampment closes

One of the three remaining designated tent encampments in Halifax closed over the weekend, with many people who were living at the site now being relocated. The HRM and provincial government say more shelter spaces are opening up but as Mitchell Bailey reports, one service provider says that isn’t what they’re seeing.
