Mi’kmaq chiefs and law expert weigh in on Nova Scotia’s cannabis directive to police

Mi’kmaq First Nation chiefs are speaking out against the directive the province issued last week to police to crack down on illegal cannabis operations. For one expert on law and the Constitution, he says the province’s directive is premature given the nature of the peace and friendship treaties. Angela Capobianco reports.
