Nightclub fire claims 25 lives in Goa, India

Twenty-five people are confirmed dead after a fire was reported at a nightclub in India’s Goa state early Sunday morning. Indian authorities have ordered an investigation into whether or not fire safety norms and building construction norms were followed.
