Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy shared a warm embrace with French President Emmanuel Macron on Monday as they met to discuss bringing an end to a nearly four-year war. The war with Russia continues to ravage Ukraine, with at least 40 people injured on Monday in an attack on Dnipro, in the country’s east, as Russia again targeted non-military infrastructure.
