Guilbeault resigns from cabinet after Carney signs pipeline deal

A memorandum of understanding has been signed regarding a proposed pipeline project from Alberta to B.C., although its construction is not guaranteed. There are numerous obstacles to overcome, both from British Columbia and the First Nations. Additionally, the former federal environment minister, Steven Guilbeault, resigned from his cabinet position following the announcement of the pipeline plan. David Akin has the details.
