The City of Calgary and more than 20 social services agencies are getting ready to launch this year’s Extreme Weather Response program, supporting Calgary’s most vulnerable population this winter. But as Meghan Cobb reports, some of those agencies are asking for help so they can continue to keep Calgarians safe.
