‘Safe Havens’ open in Oshawa fire stations to help people in crisis

The City of Oshawa is launching a new crisis support service. It’s called Safe Havens and it offers immediate safety and refuge at local fire halls. As Moosa Imran reports, the service is open in anyone facing a crisis or emergency.
