Members of trans community concerned with Alberta’s use of notwithstanding

Members of the LGBTQ2 community are speaking out about the use of the notwithstanding clause to protect a trio of Alberta laws affecting transgender youth from legal challenge. As Meghan Cobb reports, those impacted say the use of the clause is almost as concerning as the legislation itself.
