Alberta invokes notwithstanding clause again to stop court challenges of transgender laws

Parents of transgender kids in Alberta say the province is stripping away a lifeline, unfolding before the courts. The government is once again using the controversial notwithstanding clause. Premier Danielle Smith said it is an urgent step to protect kids. Morgan Black reports.
