Abbotsford recovery progress four years after devastating atmospheric river

Four years ago, parts of Abbotsford were inundated by flood waters, triggered by a powerful atmospheric river. Lots of promises were made to business and home owners along with municipal leaders, when it came to rebuilding efforts. But on this fourth anniversary, much of the frustration from that disaster remains. Angela Jung reports.
