Calgary police announced Thursday that three 15-year-old boys have been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of a 16-year-old boy back in August. Police say they were called out to a home in the community of Abbeydale on Aug. 1 at 1:20 a.m., where they discovered 16-year-old Carter Spivak-Villeneuve dead at the scene. CPS Staff Sgt. Sean Gregson said, "this was a stupid dispute among a bunch of youth who have not fully thought through their actions and it’s got devastating consequences for everybody involved.” Global's Elissa Carpenter reports.
