Foreign Affairs Minister Anita Anand announced new sanctions on Russia Wednesday as she met with top diplomats from the Group of Seven (G7) in Niagara, Ont. The sanctions target those behind Russia’s drone and cyber attacks on Ukraine, as well as vessels in Russia’s sanctions-evading shadow fleet.
