After beginning to sell her famous “triangle rice” during her time at Red River College, Culinary Arts grad Leah Chang turned her passion for food into a full-time business – making over 15,000 triangle rice in her first year alone. Now she and her sister Anna run the two locations of “Tring5” here in Winnipeg.
