Former cabinet minister’s contract with BC NDP questioned

Weeks after it was revealed Premier David Eby authorized the hiring of NDP insider Nathan Allen for a $140,000 a year communications contract on the Downtown Eastide, there are questions about another contract, this time awarded to a former NDP cabinet minister.
