Trump says SCOTUS ruling against tariffs would be ‘devastating’
Description
November 6, 2025
U.S. President Donald Trump said Thursday that a potential ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court against his administration’s use of sweeping tariffs would be “devastating” for the country. He told reporters he believed his government did very well arguing its case but would have to develop a “Game Two plan” if the decision doesn’t come in their favour.
