Edmonton-area firefighters break records at firefighter fitness competitions

The FireFit Championships is a competition using six essential firefighting tasks commonly performed in emergency situations — and it might be the most gruelling two-minutes or less event in all of sport. It’s the ultimate test of firefighter fitness and Strathcona County firefighter Brad Dicks has established himself as the fastest in the world.
