For the first time since 2012 the Brier is heading back to Saskatoon with the city set to host the 2027 Montana’s Brier. After months of negotiations the provincial government announces $250 million in funding for Saskatchewan post-secondary institutions. Charges have been laid in connection to a September shooting on a Weyburn highway that killed a 44-year-old women.
