Another STM transit strike set for end of month

Public transit users need to brace themselves once again, as another bus and metro strike is scheduled to start at the end of the month. It would mark the third time in five months that employees have walked off the job. Talks continue between management and the union to negotiate a new labour agreement, but both sides are blaming each other for the impasse. As Tim Sargeant reports, users are caught in the middle.
