The B.C. government needs to drastically increase efforts to reduce the risk of wildfires, or face dire economic as well as environmental consequences. That's a key finding of a study published in the journal 'Science', co-authored by Calvin Sandborn, University of Victoria Environmental Law Centre former legal director.
