Salvage operation pulls submerged vehicles from muddy depths of Manitoba river

A salvage operation is underway as authorities investigate the discovery of numerous submerged vehicles in a river north of Winnipeg. The RCMP is working to determine the ownership of these vehicles and the circumstances that led to their placement in the water.
