Many Kelowna residents against city’s plan to extend Clement Ave.

The City of Kelowna is working on a plan to extend Clement Avenue and provide drivers with an alternate route through the city’s midtown area. The road will connect Spall Rd. to Highway 33 but a number of residents are opposed to the project. Klaudia Van Emmerik has more.
